**NOTE: All customers must have their hair clean, washed, dry, detangled, and sectioned in big braids or twists BEFORE service. Hair is NOT included in prices.

Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit which can not be returned to you, or 50% of the service will be charged. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
This policy is in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Late Policy: To be courteous to your braider, if, for any reason, you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more, please call the shop or contact your braider directly. We do allow a 10-minute grace period. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment for another day and the deposit will not be refunded. However, this applies if tardiness becomes a habit. You are allowed a one time courtesy in case of emergencies to be late without any penalties. We understand life happens! We cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day but that decision will be made by your stylist, if time permits to continue with the service.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of service amount.
Guarantee Services: We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services corrected free of charge. Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Gratuities: Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.
